Prior to joining Agrivo International as General Manager, Farhan was the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of FDC Dental Group when it was a startup and was instrumental in transforming the company to be the second largest dental group in Singapore within two years. Farhan is an experienced corporate executive specializing in venture building, business growth, business development, people management and public relations. As a result of Farhan’s core area of expertise, he was invited to be a Panelist on Channel News Asia (CNA) to speak about Singapore’s economy and technology in 2016. Farhan was selected by the European Parliament and the European Commission to represent Singapore as a Future Leader to the European Union in Brussels, under its Distinguished Visitors Program.
Farhan was also appointed as a Fellow of The Company of Good (COG), under the National Volunteer Philanthropy Centre and is an Advisory Committee Member of the Singapore Polytechnic (SP) School of Business. He sits on the Advisory Board of numerous start-up’s from Singapore and within the ASEAN region.
In addition, Farhan is a well-decorated corporate executive, having been awarded the Ten Outstanding Young Persons (TOYP) of Singapore Merit Award 2018 previously conferred to notable world leaders such as US President Bill Clinton, Philippines President Benigno Aquino and Singapore Prime Minister Mr Lee Hsien Loong.
Farhan holds a Bachelor of Social Science from the Singapore Management University (SMU), a Post-Graduate Diploma from Academie Otzenhausen (Germany) and a Diploma in Business Administration (DipBA) from Singapore Polytechnic. He was also conferred the Lee Kuan Yew–STEP Scholarship and the Lee Kuan Yew Model Student Award.
